The conditions for returning products and the conditions that must exist for them, described in this policy, apply to all products purchased from our online store in Greece through the internet on the website www.ehomeshop.gr.

Law 2251/94 stipulates that the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, from the receipt of the products, in which he can request the cancellation of the order placed and receive the relevant consideration back.

But for this to happen, the following conditions must be met:

To have previously communicated with the customer service department of our company, in which to expressly state that he withdraws from the purchase he made and wishes to return his money.
The products purchased must be in the condition they were received, unused, have the original packaging intact along with all the documents that accompanied the product and have maintained the correct maintenance conditions.

In such a case, the refund of the price already paid will be made directly by us, within the time period provided by law in the case of withdrawal and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of the decision of consumer. The refund will be made with the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged with costs resulting from the refund.

No additional delivery charge is required to be refunded if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. Finally, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until the consumer provides evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

In the event that any or all of the products we sent you are different from the ones you ordered, you can return them within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase, free of shipping charges.

A basic condition for the return is that the products are in their original condition and with full original packaging and that there is the original receipt or invoice of the relevant purchase.

If the returned product has suffered damage or wear due to the fault of the customer or has been reduced in value by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products, our company will assess the value of the damages and the amount of the reduction in value.

The corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
