It has 3 different cutting blades to cut your vegetables in the shape you want. You can cut into thin slices, and two size strips.

No need to replace any blades! This mandoline slicer has a built-in regulator, which by rotating it, changes the cutting blade, depending on the shape you want to cut.

Also, on the back of the mandolin, there is a special plastic cover for the blades when not in use.

For easy and safe use, it has a stable ergonomic base with built-in folding anti-slip supports, and a special cutting guide with pins, to place your vegetables to avoid contact of your hands with the sharp blades.

For foods that do not fit in the special cutting guide, it is recommended to consider another cutting method.
