It is made of aluminum, a material that is light, particularly resistant to rust and very quick to heat up. It has a non-stick stone coating, ensuring great resistance to abrasions and scratches. To keep the coating intact, we advise you to let the cookware cool down before cleaning and to avoid wire cleaning. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
