Made of 18/8 stainless steel, suitable for contact with food, it has a handle and a stable base for safe handling. With 6 surfaces to give you 6 different grating modes, coarse, medium, fine, one side for slicing thinly, one side for slicing vegetables like pumpkin, cucumber or carrot in a wavy shape and one side with very small but sharp holes for perfect results in scraping spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, anise.
