Made of high quality stainless steel, it is very easy to use. It has a 7-level regulator to choose the thickness of the dough from 3.0mm to 0.5mm, and a width of 14.50cm. It also has a clamp that fits on the table or kitchen counter for greater stability.
Its robust construction offers great durability and longevity. Stainless steel prevents rust and does not wear out from frequent use and time. It has a detachable handle for manual use and a pasta cutter, to create fresh pasta easily and quickly. You can cut your pasta, in two cutting positions, one for 6.0 mm wide tagliatelle noodles and one for 2.0 mm spaghetti.
The homemade creation of pasta and handmade pies becomes particularly interesting since you can now experiment in your kitchen creating what you have imagined with your own fresh ingredients.
