Induction Fryer Electra Granite
Induction fryer Electra Granite N 24 thickness 3.3 mm with stainless steel basket and split arm. It is made of pressed aluminum 3.3 mm with the appropriate shape, as it perfectly frames the basket, without leaving an unnecessary gap. This means significant savings in the oil we use every day. The basket is stainless steel with a split handle, very durable to use. It is suitable for all hobs, including induction, but also for use in the oven. Thanks to the stainless steel handles, it can also be used in the oven, freeing up your hands. You start cooking on the stove and continue cooking in the oven, all with one utensil!
The coatings are made by the spraying method, closing all the pores, as a result of which all utensils even after prolonged use look and behave like new, keep their non-stick services intact, for easy cleaning. The non-stick surface is reinforced with granite nuggets and natural minerals which makes it even more durable like stone. Ideal for frying potatoes.
Instructions for use
Before the first use, wash the utensil with warm water, dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge. Before cooking for the first time, brush the pan with a little oil or butter. We recommend that you repeat this process every so often so that the durability of the pan is maintained at its maximum.
For best cooking results, always cook on low or medium heat if possible.
The dish can be used in the oven, up to 220° Celsius to better preserve the outer surface.
Do not overheat the container when it is empty. The cookware is built to withstand sudden temperature changes. For a longer life, prefer to let the water cool down and wash it with hot water. Use only wooden, plastic or silicone tools to extend the life of the non-stick coating. Do not cut the food inside the container with sharp tools.
The utensil is suitable for use in the dishwasher. However, hand washing with mild soap and a soft sponge is recommended to maintain the performance of the non-stick coating and its appearance. Do not leave food or liquid containing salt in the container for a long time.
Never use cold water to defrost a glass lid.
